PAYMENT TERMS
Maddens Lawyers request payment of all accounts within a 30 day period. If accounts are not paid, our firm may cease representing you.  If accounts are not paid within a 30 day period, we are entitled to charge interest on the account - at the rate provided for in the relevant ruling.

INTERIM BILLING
Interim accounts of fees and expenses may be rendered progressively during the course of your matter.

TRUST MONEY
Maddens Lawyers may ask for money to be paid into a Trust account - to be used to discharge anticipated fees and expenses as they arise.

TERMINATION
You, as our client, have the right to terminate our services at any time. We have a similar right, upon reasonable notice, to terminate our engagement and cease representing you. All fees and expenses incurred prior to termination are then immediately payable. We are entitled to retain all moneys, papers and records until our accounts are paid.
